”) (TSX:TSK | OTCQX:TSKFF) is pleased to announce that it has closed the initial draw of US$7 million under the previously announced royalty agreement with Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty Corp. (“
”) in relation to the Company’s 100% owned Bralorne Gold Project (the “
”). The proceeds from the financing will be used for drilling, detailed engineering and working capital. Under the terms of the agreement, Sprott Streaming will pay the Company up to US$31,250,000 for a net smelter returns royalty covering all minerals produced from the Project (as more particularly described in the Company’s press release of June 12, 2023).
