Terry Harbort Chief Executive Officer, Director
PhD in Structural Geology and Tectonics with 35 years experience in the mining industry. Recognized senior member of the discovery team of AngloGold’s Ashanti’s La Colosa and Gramalote deposits. Specialist in mapping and interpretation of ore geometries and ore controls covering various types of geological environments with direct applications to mineral economics from target generation, target definition and evaluation, and project management. Former Chief Geologist, Barkerville Gold Mines where he redefined the deposit model leading to the discovery of 6.5 Moz gold.
- Andres Tinajero Chief Financial Officer
Chartered Professional Accountant with over 30 years of international finance experience in, compliance, finance strategy, financial reporting, internal control and strategic planning. Andres has previously served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller for large, multi-national companies including United Nations, State Bank, Lafarge, Trelawney Mining, Osisko Royalties. Andres holds a Bachelor of Business from San Francisco University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ITESM University, he is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants, the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia and a Certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
- Leonardo de Souza Vice President, Resource Development
Over 35 years’ experience in mineral exploration and 21 years in mineral resource estimation. In exploration, his majority experience is in brownfields exploration for gold and copper, having participated in the addition of over 9 Moz of gold resources in the operations of AngloGold in South America, and over 2 Moz of gold plus 4.6 Blbs of copper in resources of the Salobo project in Brazil for Anglo American. In resource estimation, Leonardo’s experience spans a range of commodities and deposit styles in a number of countries, performing resource evaluations from grassroots opportunities to feasibility studies and mining operations. Leonardo holds a Bachelor of Science from the Universidade de Brasilia, Brazil and is a Chartered Professional (CP) member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).
- Felipe Castaneda Vice President, Technical Services
Felipe has over 10 year's experience in all phases of mineral exploration. Prior to joining Talisker, Felipe worked for Teck Resources, ATAC Resources, and Barkerville Gold Mines in British Columbia, Ontario, and the Yukon. The majority of his experience has been in brownfields exploration and project management working as project geologist at Barkerville Gold Mines where Felipe was instrumental in rediscovering the Barkerville Gold Camp which resulted in the discovery of >4 million Au oz. After completing a Project Management Certificate through the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, Felipe joined CBRE Global Workplace Solutions as a Project Manager where he solidified a skillset in project management of construction and civil projects. Felipe joined Talisker in 2021 as a Project Geologist for Bralorne and assisted in construction project management of the new Bralorne Camp. In 2022, he transitioned to Technical Services Manager where he focused on management of the 2023 mineral resource estimate, GIS and database management, project quality control and quality assurance, mineral tenure and assessment reporting, procurement and contractor engagement, and management of major civil and construction projects. Felipe holds a BSc Double Major in Geology and Geographical Sciences from the University of British Columbia.
- Richard Murrell General Manager
Over 30 years of underground mining experience. A specialist in shaft sinking and tunnelling, Richard has worked previously with Barrick (Plutonic, Meekatharra), BHP Billiton (Cliffs, Newman, Yandi), Goldfields (Granny Smith), Anglo American (Grosvenor, Woodsmith) and Barminco, one of the world’s largest hard rock underground mining services companies. Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Camborne School of Mines, is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials Minerals and Mining (IOM3), a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM), an Associate of the Camborne School of Mines (ACSM) and has Chartered Engineer Status.
- Kyle Orr Vice President, Exploration
Kyle has been with Talsiker since its foundation over six years ago. During that time, Kyle was a key team leader in the design and implementation of Talisker’s successful 165,000m resource drill-out program. Prior to joining Talisker, Kyle was an exploration manager at Barkerville Gold Mines where he executed their large-scale resource drill-out program at the world class Cariboo deposit (now going into production with Osisko Development). Kyle also worked at the Blackwater project with New Gold (now going into production with Artemis Gold) from 2011-2014. Kyle is a Qualified Person registered as a Professional Geoscientist with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC). Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science - Applied and Environmental Geology from the University of Calgary.
- Lindsay Dunlop Vice President, Investor Relations
Over 20 years of investor relations leadership with a focus on mining sector stakeholder engagement. She joins Talisker following a decade with Wesdome Gold Mines (2014–2024) and six years with Kirkland Lake Gold (2009–2014) , where she established and directed each company’s inaugural investor relations program. Most recently, she led the function relations at Angus Gold until its acquisition by Wesdome in July 2025.
Adept at developing and executing comprehensive investor relations strategies that strengthen engagement and elevate market visibility, Lindsay has shown proven ability to build strong relationships across the global financial community to deliver transparent, effective communications that support long term shareholder value.

Duncan Middlemiss Chair
Mr. Duncan Middlemiss, P.Eng, was the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. (“Wesdome”) from 2016 to 2023. Prior to joining Wesdome, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (“St. Andrew”) until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. (now Agnico Eagle Mines) in January 2016. Mr. Middlemiss joined St. Andrew in July 2008 as General Manager and Vice President Operations, later assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer and ultimately President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. He earned a B. Sc. in mining engineering at Queen’s University in 1989 and worked for Inco Limited (now Vale Canada Limited) as Mine Design Engineer until 1995. At that time, he joined Barrick Gold Inc. at their Holt-McDermott Mine, where he held the position of Chief Mine Engineer. In 2002, he joined Foxpoint Resources (now Agnico Eagle Mines) where he was instrumental in overseeing the rehabilitation, development, and commencement of production at the Macassa Mine beginning as Engineering and Production Manager, and later as Mine Manager.

Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of experience in the mining, entertainment and real estate industries. He is the current Chairman of Nighthawk Gold Corp., a TSX listed mining company, Director and Audit Committee member of Fountain Asset Corp. and Northfield Capital Corporation, both TSX Venture listed companies and a former director, Audit Chairman and member of the Special Committee of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. which was acquired by Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd for $338 million in 2019. He is also a director and asset manager of Orion Capital Incorporated, a Toronto-based asset management company.
- Stephen Burleton Director
Mr. Burleton is an experienced mining executive with significant experience in capital raising, corporate development and strategy. Mr. Burleton is a current director of Banyan Gold Corp. and a former director and former interim CEO of the Angus Gold Inc. and the former President and CEO of GT Gold where he brought Newmont Corporation in as a strategic investor. Prior to his role at GT Gold, Mr. Burleton was Vice President, Business Development, at Richmont Mines Inc. which was acquired by Alamos Gold Inc. for US$770 million in November 2017. Mr. Burleton was responsible for the financing at Richmont and worked closely with its executive team in determining Richmont’s strategic direction. In addition to his roles in the mining industry, he has over 18 years of experience in the Canadian investment banking industry as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Wellington West Capital Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and BMO Capital Markets advising on strategic transactions and executing debt and equity financing for companies in the mining, fertilizer and industrial products sectors. Mr. Burleton is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA from York University and received his ICD.D from the Rotman School of Management.
- Robert Power Director
Robert Power, LL.B., is an internationally ranked and former practicing lawyer. Mr. Power has extensive experience serving in governance roles with publicly listed exploration and mining companies with Canadian and international assets, including as Chairman and Special Committee member. He is the former CEO of Privateer Gold Ltd., a private gold exploration company in British Columbia. He was also the Chair and President of Canada’s largest charitable granting foundation, Ontario Trillium Foundation, where charitable granting increased from $12 million to $100 million annually during his tenure. Mr. Power successfully facilitated the ISO international technical committee which led to the international acceptance of ISO Standard 14015, Environmental Assessment of Sites and Organizations. He is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal for having made a significant contribution to Canada.
- Christy Smith Director
Christy Smith is a member of the K’omoks First Nation and a highly skilled and accomplished professional with 25 years of proven expertise working with natural resource companies and indigenous communities. Her work is deeply rooted in reconciliation and decolonizing the approach to ways of doing business. She specializes in developing long lasting relations through consultation and engagement and works closely with projects developing community-based indicators, socio economic and land use baseline reports and impact assessments. Christy has experience in project management, negotiations, strategic planning, risk assessments, facilitation, and mediation. She is recognized for her professional and personal understanding of Indigenous worldviews. Christy has a BA in Native Studies from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Northern British Columbia. Christy currently serves as a Partner and Vice President, Indigenous and Stakeholder Relations with Falkirk Environmental Consultants Ltd. of Vancouver and Vice President, Sustainability with TDG Gold Corp. She most recently co-authored a book called Weaving Two Worlds Economic Reconciliation between Indigenous People and the Resource Sector.
- Eric Tremblay Director
Mining executive with close to 30 years’ experience in mine building and mine operations. Eric Tremblay is the current Chief Operating Officer of Dalradian Resources Inc. and the former General Manager of Canadian Malartic, Canada’s largest gold mine owned by Osisko Mining and later buy Agnico Eagle and Yamana where he played a principal role in finalizing the construction of the mine and production ramp-up. He also served as General Manager at IamGold’s for the Westwood Project, its Sleeping Giant Mine and their internal contractor Iamrock. Prior to working with IAmGold and Osisko, Mr. Tremblay worked on various other projects as a contractor on behalf of Agnico Eagle, Barrick and Placer Dome to name a few. Eric Tremblay holds a BSc. In mining engineering and mineral processing from Laval University, Quebec.
- Danièle Spethmann Director
Daniele is an exploration geologist and mining executive with more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, corporate development, capital markets, and governance. Ms. Spethmann co-founded Champagne Resources/Warrior Gold Inc., helping lead the company from private venture through to the public markets and playing a key role in advancing its flagship property in Ontario’s Kirkland Lake Gold Camp, now part of Kirkland Lake Discoveries Corp.
Throughout her career, Ms. Spethmann has worked across Canada and internationally, including projects in Cuba, Ecuador, Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, and Botswana. In addition to her technical and corporate leadership experience, she has served in governance and advisory roles with several industry and not-for-profit organizations and currently serves as Secretary and Director of the Ontario Prospectors Association. Ms. Spethmann brings extensive experience in exploration strategy, stakeholder engagement, organizational leadership, and corporate governance.
